RSL takes the sting out of an exhausting process

Resin Surfaces Limited (RSL) the specialist resin flooring products manufacturer, has supplied its hard wearing and durable Resuflor range of products to leading exhaust manufacturer Tenneco Walker.

Tenneco Walker, is one of the world's largest producers of automotive exhaust systems for the replacement and original equipment markets. Its main production site in South Wales required a completely resurfaced floor in its primary manufacturing area due to a long history of wear and tear.

The floor had previously been painted on numerous occasions, producing a short term and costly life span. 

Contractors Fastrack Flooring were required to resurface the 1400m sq area with a system that would provide a hard wearing, chemical resistant and easy to clean surface. Fastrack flooring chose RSL’s Resuflor self-smoothing system as it has a proven track record of longevity over many years and various projects.

To allow production to continue unhindered, Resuflor self-smoother was installed in phases over 4 weeks at the customer’s request.
